Open every day for dinner from 19 to 22 except on Tuesday.

BEFORE BOOKING

– We recommend you to consult the menu before booking to make sure it meets your needs. There are no off-menu requests.

– Out of respect for our guests, as we have limited spaces, the restaurant is not suggested to children who are too small (strollers and baby carriages are also prohibited in the dining room).

– Access to animals is prohibited.

– The environment requires appropriate dress code (for gentleman no tank tops and flip flops/sandals).

For bookings of more than 8 people or to book the entire venue for an exclusive event until a maximum of 40 people, we ask you to contact us directly at info@hostariadafranz.com.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card is required (the system doesn’t accept prepayed cards), please pay attention of your card and mail details, just a wrong number or letter can no charge your request. If you don’t receive a confirm mail means that the reservation it didn’t work.

For tables above 4 people, the booking system will take a deposit of 50€ per person, that it will be discounted on the bill or if the reservation will be canceled in the foreseen terms, totally refunded.

We kindly ask you to respect the chosen time, the reservation will be respected for 20 minutes then, it will be considered no-show and you will incur the penalty.

If, on the other hand, you change your program and you want to cancel your reservation you can do it only with the button CANCEL in the confirm mail we sent at the moment of your reservation till 12 hours before your time reservation (no phone, no mail, we don’t consider that as cancelation) after that, the button CANCEL will be not active and you will be not able to cancel anymore.

In case of no-show, late cancellation for any reasons even in illness cases, arrival in number less of your reservation, arrival over the 20 minutes from your time reservation, if you leave the Restaurant at your arrival for any reason, if you don’t respect our rules on “BEFORE BOOKING” will give us the rights to don’t accept you and charge the fee of 50€ per person.
